If you are facing issues with Brazos Portal (either with installation or at runtime), please open a ticket with us and provide the following:
- Liberty logs:
<LIBERTY_INSTALL_HOME>\wlp\usr\servers\YOUR_SERVER_NAME\logs
- Liberty Server configuration:
<LIBERTY_INSTALL_HOME>\wlp\usr\servers\YOUR_SERVER_NAME\server.xml
For your security, please remove/change all password and encryption key values
- Liberty Server environment:
<LIBERTY_INSTALL_HOME>\wlp\usr\servers\YOUR_SERVER_NAME\server.env
- Liberty Server JVM options:
<LIBERTY_INSTALL_HOME>\wlp\usr\servers\YOUR_SERVER_NAME\jvm.options
- Brazos Portal configuration:
<LIBERTY_INSTALL_HOME>\wlp\usr\servers\YOUR_SERVER_NAME\application.yml
- Elasticsearch logs:
<ELASTICSEARCH_INSTALL_HOME>\logs

- WebSphere logs:
<WAS_HOME>\AppServer\profiles\ManagedNodeProfile\logs\AppCluster <WAS_HOME>\AppServer\profiles\DmgrProfile\logs\dmgr
- Brazos Task Synchronizer logs:
